The service at this place was amazing. John is a person who was always open to listening to the issues we had and was dedicated to fixing them always. He always sat down with us and fully explained all the problems we faced and how they could be fixed. We never felt pressured to have to choose these options either. Whenever we had more issues he made sure to fix them and always reassure us. Tony was a great service manager who always throughly talked to us and made sure we felt welcomed while getting our car fixed. He actively made sure we understood what was being done and always alowed us to call or ask question if we were confused about something. If they needed to order a part he was great at scheduling another day for us and making sure all the work got done. Both of these people are amazing and I cannot recommend this place enough!

About three months ago, my service technician named August, was able to solve the mysterious winter battery conditioning update on my Ioniq5. I took my EV car to many dealerships in NYS and nobody could figure out how to upgrade the software; they all brushed off this issue saying that it could not be done. August worked with me to solve this problem and together we figured it out when dealer shops from my home state could not. Kudos to him for trying his best and not giving up so easily. Overall, the service advisors at this dealership have done well for me and my car. The waiting area is modern, clean and comfortable. I appreciate that there is a viewing window so that I can watch and monitor the progress of my car while waiting. The only issue that I have at this place is that the sales associates are too aggressive. While I'm waiting for my car, I try to look at the showroom brand new vehicles and they swarm to you like a gang of hornets.

First of all, l brought my 2019 Sonata in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have dealt with Anthony Pacheco, in the service department, in the past, and he never disappoints. I had an appointment with Ami Gvilli to see if there was any options for me to get into a new Tucson. After driving one, Xavier and Santino the managers, went back and forth with me, with numbers. I realized that this wasn’t a good time for me to sign a deal, and l was getting ready to go back home. I spoke with Ami a bit more and l said, give me a few minutes to look over my finances, l then made him a last offer. He told Santino, and Santino, came back over to me and said, “yes, congratulations!” I then went to talk with Teddy in finances, to sign all the paperwork. Ami, sealed the deal, by getting my new Tucson ready to drive away, and by programming all my Bluetooth and Blue-link features. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of men to deal with.
