First of all, a big shout out to BJ for answering my calls in a happy, positive way! (and from being from Cleveland!) Next, much credit to the best smelling man in Florida who got the job done.......Mr. Ami! Super friendly, and surprisingly funny :) Also, Michael, the sales manager for going above & beyond to take care of us and make sure we had enough "Juice" to get home ;) Last, but not least, a big THANK YOU to Joey for getting us through all the paperwork, and not making us feel pressured to purchase anything we did not need :) The rest of the crew was awesome and ready to help in any way! Our experience was well worth the 6 hour drive (round trip) to purchase from the Best in Florida!!!!!!

My initial experience began w/ Zoryam Reyes, Internet Sales Manager. Her courteous customer service was integral for my pursuit in moving forward with making a 3 hour plus trip to purchase the vehicle I was interested in. During the week leading up to the purchase, Zoryam kept me updated with the car’s availability as well as providing all information, pictures, etc… that I requested. When I finally arrived at the dealership, the original salesman who was supposed to assist us, unexpectedly, had several customers walk in right before us so he made arrangements for Matt Boothe, Salesman, to take over. Matt was great! He greeted us as we arrived. Then proceeded to take us to see the car and explain all the features and answered all our questions. Matt’s knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional and he pointed out a lot of features we didn’t realize the vehicle had. I shouldn’t be surprised, as a Veteran we’re trained to pay attention to small details, and Matt’s a Veteran himself. His attention to detail was impeccable. We were Happy to have Matt help us. We then took the car for a spin. We loved how the vehicle handled and performed. She drove like a luxury vehicle. At this point, my Wife and I were hooked. Now it was time to draw up the paperwork and finalize the deal. This is where we met Michael Moore, Sales Manager, (aka Darth Vader). Just kidding! There was a small misunderstanding/miscommunication that was resolved fairly quickly. He went from Darth Vader and quickly turned into Jar Jar Binks, LOL! Lastly came Joey Soto, Finance Manager. A young man full of energy that we fed off of. Everything went great w/ Joey with one exception that was not under his control. There was a small mix up in the paperwork, that was given to him from the Sales Team, regarding the vehicle’s “Certified Pre-Owned” status. But that was quickly resolved. So overall, I rate my experience as a positive 4.9 (5.0 rounded up). I hope my review helps, would be future car buyers, to give Gettel Hyundai an opportunity in supplying you with your new/used vehicle. If you do go to them, and you make a car purchase, don’t forget to ring the cowbell. They always love to hear “More Cowbell” 😉 (If you know, you know. If not look it up and laugh)! Don’t forget to say hello and meet Jar Jar Binks and put a smile on his face. Tell him the crippled DAVet says hello. 🫡

This Hyundai stands out among the rest. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and honest with what is necessary.

So far I have been treated very well at Gettel Hyundai. The service for my car was very efficient and honest as to what I needed after the checkup. And the rental car was something I never got from my other Hyundai dealer. And then I purchased a new car and have been treated honestly and so far the salesperson and other staff are great. And the got right back to me over the small problem I did have and are on it to fix it.

It is with great pleasure that we leave this review for Pietro Montecchi. Pietro made us feel like we were buying a car from an old friend. He is easy going, knowledgeable and has a “ no pressure” approach to selling cars. We were immediately at ease with him. Pietro walked us through all the features of our new car and set us up with everything we needed before driving off in our new car. Friendly staff and service

The service writer needs better customer interaction. 2000 miles on 2025 Santa Fe and the rotors warped. Was told Hyundai doesn't warranty them. They did turn the rotors to correct the problem after getting permission from Hyundai. Should have replaced them and this vehicle is new

Jorge was a great sales person. He is the only reason this is a 5 star review. Everything else was as you'd expect from a dealership.
